Lorden Vella has been engaged to construct the new Warranwood Childcare Centre, a modern single-storey facility designed to accommodate 126 children, complete with ample on-site parking.
The centre features a sustainable rain garden that supports environmental learning, as well as extensive outdoor play areas equipped with sandpits, gardens, and a variety of play equipment to encourage exploration and active play.
Inside, the facility includes a welcoming reception area with a coffee station and sign-in desk, along with administrative offices, planning rooms, a staff lounge, and laundry facilities.
A fully commercial kitchen prepares nutritious meals served in a spacious dining and servery area.
The centre also offers seven dedicated children’s rooms plus a designated cot room, providing age-appropriate spaces for all children.
