Manor Lakes Childcare is a modern, two-storey early learning centre designed to support growing families in the Manor Lakes community.
The centre accommodates up to 110 children and includes six children’s rooms on the ground floor, a dedicated cot room for infants, a welcoming reception area with sign-in stations, a commercial kitchen, and plenty of storage. Children can enjoy two large, secure outdoor play areas, each with its own storage shed, providing space for safe, active, and creative play.
Upstairs, educators have access to a spacious staff room, a planning room, a laundry, and private office space, all designed to support high-quality care and a positive working environment.
Sustainability is a key part of the design, with features such as a rain garden for water management, rooftop solar panels to reduce energy use, and skylights in three of the children’s rooms to bring in natural light and create a bright, comfortable atmosphere.
