Lorden Vella is proud to be delivering a major redevelopment at Heritage College’s Narre Warren South campus, aimed at creating inspiring, future-ready learning environments.
The project includes the demolition of the existing single-storey Year 1–2 Building and the construction of a modern, two-storey replacement, purpose-designed to support contemporary education and student engagement.
As part of the upgrade, the scope also features the refurbishment of four classrooms and a connecting corridor in the existing Year 3–6 area, providing refreshed and functional spaces that align with the college’s teaching vision.
In addition, the project includes the creation of a vibrant new courtyard, designed as a welcoming, interactive outdoor space that encourages connection, creativity, and play.
