Lorden Vella was thrilled to deliver this brand-new two-storey childcare facility in Heidelberg West, creating a vibrant, welcoming and purpose-built environment for up to 100 children.
Designed with children’s wellbeing, learning and development in mind, the facility combines functional spaces with colourful and engaging outdoor areas. Landscaped play spaces are located across both the ground and first levels, providing children with plenty of opportunities for outdoor play, exploration and connection.
The facility features six spacious children’s rooms, a 20-car parking area and thoughtfully designed landscaped play environments. Every aspect of the project has been carefully considered to create a safe, engaging and functional setting that supports children as they learn, grow and develop.
