Our team is excited to be delivering a major campus expansion at Flinders Christian College, Carrum Downs – a thoughtfully designed campus expansion that supports both learning and community.
The development includes two new secondary learning buildings and a dedicated administration building, creating contemporary spaces for students and staff to thrive.
The Administration Building is a single-storey facility featuring a welcoming reception and arrival foyer, meeting rooms, and dedicated office spaces designed to enhance day-to-day operations.
Learning Building 1 offers a large common room, student amenities and a mentor office on the ground floor. Level 1 provides flexible classroom spaces, offices and staff amenities, supporting adaptable and collaborative learning environments.
Learning Building 2 includes a spacious common area with retractable seating, along with a store room, mentor office and student amenities on the ground floor. The upper level features additional flexible classrooms, offices, staff amenities and an external balcony for added connectivity and breakout space.
The façade design incorporates feature sun-shading fins to the Level 1 glazing, complemented by a mix of brickwork and metal cladding — delivering both functionality and a strong architectural presence.
