ELEMA Brighton is a luxury residential development made up of twelve three-storey townhouses, each positioned above a secure basement with private car parking and bike storage. The design is focused on premium materials, sustainability and low-maintenance living.

Built using concrete slabs and passive design principles, the homes feature high-spec insulation, double glazing and energy-efficient systems throughout. The development is targeting a 7-star NatHERS energy rating, reflecting its commitment to long-term environmental performance and everyday comfort.
Finishes include natural stone, brickwork and metal screening, blending contemporary form with functional efficiency.
