Lorden Vella has delivered a new two-storey childcare centre in Bayswater, purpose-built to provide a high-quality early learning environment. The project includes six large children’s rooms, a commercial-grade kitchen, dedicated staff facilities, multiple outdoor play zones and lift access across both levels.
The build incorporates innovative construction solutions, including the use of Light Gauge Steel to create a distinctive front façade. Ground remediation and screw pile foundations were implemented to manage complex site conditions and ensure long-term structural integrity.
