Lorden Vella has commenced construction of an 84-place childcare centre in Knoxfield.
The project comprises a two-storey building with a basement level, providing on-site parking for staff and parents.
The ground floor will include four children’s rooms, along with a prep room, laundry, office, staff room, and commercial kitchen. An external play area wraps around the building, with direct access from each room.
Level 1 will include one children’s room, a store room, and an additional outdoor play area with landscaping and play equipment.
