Lorden Vella was engaged to execute an extensive internal renovation to Banks Rowing Club House, whilst maintaining the existing unique structure of the roof.
Works included a full demolition of the existing internal floor plan and the implementation of a lift, stairs, brand new bathroom and kitchen facilities, and additional rooms.
The project also incorporated timber panelling for the walls and an upgraded security system.
