We’re proud to announce the successful completion of Stage 1 of our major redevelopment project at Heritage College’s Narre Warren South campus.
Delivered by Lorden Vella, this project has transformed key learning environments to support modern teaching and inspire student engagement for years to come.
Works included the demolition of the existing single-storey Year 1–2 building and the construction of a new, purpose-built two-storey facility designed for contemporary education needs.
Stage 2 is currently underway, which includes the refurbishment of four classrooms and a connecting corridor within the Year 3–6 area, creating refreshed, functional spaces aligned with the College’s vision.
To complete the transformation, a vibrant new courtyard will be created—providing a welcoming outdoor space that encourages connection, creativity, and play.
